2006 Chardonnay

Tasting Notes

Our winemaker has guided this Chardonnay to perfection
with 10 months of aging in both American and French oak
barrels thus achieving a balance between the buttery soft
mouth feel, crisp fresh apple notes and rich lingering finish.
Enjoy slightly chilled. Cheers!

Suggested Food Pairings

Our 2006 Chardonnay is an elegant, rich and round
Chardonnay, perfect to pair with creamy herb chicken pasta,
followed by a dessert featuring nicely ripened pineapple. We
also enjoy it as the perfect turkey wine at Thanksgiving.
