Custom Label Process

Whether you choose to design your own label or have our creative team design one for you, we’ve structured our creative department to assist you in every way possible. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the following procedures.

1. The first step is choosing what type of wine you would like to order.

2. What would you like your label to look like?

a) We recommend looking through our private label portfolio, which has a wide variety of examples. Your logo can be located anywhere on the label, and to ensure best quality printing a high resolution graphic file is required.

3. Accepted formats are

a) AI or Encapsulated Post Script Adobe Illustrator
b) Misc Formats > jpg. tiff. psd. or gif. - 300 DPI
c) Also accept PDF format, CMYK - 300 DPI

4. Choose the label size:

a)  3x4 (most popular) b) 4x3

5. The art fees will be waived for 2 proofs, any additional proofs or contracted design work will be billed at $75 per hour. Extra billing is also applicable for specialty die-cuts or any commercial run printing ordered by the client.

6.  Once the label is signed off by the client, they are printed and the wine is then labeled in house. This process takes 3-4 days; production happens in a priority sequence based on scheduled orders.

The total process takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks. Timely customer feedback during the design phase can expodite the process.
