Bounty Cellars 2004 Meritage was crafted in the quintessential Bordeaux style of blending 50% Merlot with
25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc. The end result is a multi-dimensional wine, showcasing blending dynamics at their best.

Bounty Cellars 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon has dark cherry and plum flavours that leap from the glass. This 100% Cabernet
Sauvignon has black pepper undertones and a balanced, clean finish.

A full-bodied and well-rounded Pinot Noir which is reminiscent of an opulent Murcurey from Burgundy. Aging
for one year in French oak barrels highlights the cherry and strawberry compote flavours in addition to warm chutney spices and a hint of fresh herbs.

Our winemaker has guided this Chardonnay to perfection with 10 months of aging in both American and French oak barrels thus achieving a balance between the buttery soft mouth feel, crisp fresh apple notes and rich lingering finish.

Bounty Cellars 2007 Gewurztraminer bursts from the glass with an exceptional floral bouquet. The pink grapefruit flavours dance on the palate, followed by a refreshing balanced finish.
